Dear Valued Clients and Friends,
As we reflect on the past year, I’m filled with gratitude for our community's incredible resilience and support. This year brought its share of challenges, but through it all, our focus has remained on protecting what matters most to you—your family, your property, and your peace of mind. We all seek peace and harmony in our lives, and my aim is to ensure that we provide a slice of that tranquility. As you are aware, it's not always easy due to challenges posed by insurance companies, but I hope your experience with us has been harmonious.
Our agency has navigated the complexities of a hard market with rising premiums and shifting dynamics. Through blog posts like "Navigating the Hard Market: The Role of Reinsurance and Fire Hazard Mapping in Wyoming's Insurance Landscape," we aimed to shed light on the forces at play in the insurance industry and how they directly affect you. Transparency and education remain at the heart of what we do because informed clients are empowered clients.
This year also brought unprecedented challenges with natural disasters like wildfires, including the Elk Fire. In response, our team came together to provide assistance to those affected, offering guidance on claims and resources to help rebuild. The outreach we launched on October 4th was a reminder that we’re more than an insurance agency—we’re a partner who stands with you in times of crisis.
On October 21st, we joined the discussion on Wyoming’s Wildfire Hazard Mapping, an initiative crucial to understanding and mitigating risks in our region. Wildfires are not just statistics to us—they are deeply personal because they impact the people and places we love. Through collaboration and awareness, we believe our community will continue to grow stronger and better prepared.
We also shared in moments of community connection and remembrance. On February 26th, we paused to honor the life of Fallen Officer Nevada Krinkee, whose service and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Our office deeply mourned and has placed his photo in the office as a tribute to his bravery and determination to serve the greater good, despite facing severe adversity.
In March, Cheryl Moody joined our team, bringing a new perspective and steadfast commitment to our mission, enhancing our capacity to serve you more effectively. I am pleased to announce that she will soon be licensed, which will enhance the capabilities we offer at our office.
Every challenge this year was met with the unwavering determination of my incredible team of women, whose passion and expertise fuel everything we do. It’s their hard work behind the scenes that allows us to show up for you, our clients, with the care and solutions you deserve.
As 2024 draws to a close, I want to thank you for trusting Weaver Insurance Agency with your protection. It’s a privilege to serve this community, and your support inspires us to keep striving for excellence. Together, we’ve faced difficulties and emerged stronger, more united, and ready to embrace whatever the future holds.
From my family to yours, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. We look forward to continuing this journey with you in the year ahead.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Jessica Weaver, CIC
