Position requirements

• High school education (or equivalent)

• Some college preferred

• Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Word, Excel)

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

• Organization skills

• Customer service oriented

• Detail and multi-task oriented

• Dependable and self-motivated to succeed

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Minimum three years business experience

• Professional image

• Sales experience preferred

• Follows consistent sales process for all prospects for:
  -- Prescreening
  -- Quoting
  -- Sales tracks
  -- Application completion
  -- Follow-up

• Thoroughly understands and follows rating plans and underwriting

• Ensures that all required documents are signed, filed, faxed and/or submitted

• Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures

• Maintains knowledge of new products

• Involved in at least one referral based or networking group within

         the community.

 

Salary:

Sub-Producers will be a commission only pay scale with bonus opportunities.
