Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely recognized metric that measures customer loyalty and satisfaction. It's based on a single question: "How likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?"

How NPS Works:

  • Customers rate their likelihood to recommend on a scale of 0-10.

  • Scores of 9-10 are Promoters: loyal enthusiasts who fuel growth.

  • Scores of 7-8 are Passives: satisfied but unenthusiastic customers.

  • Scores of 0-6 are Detractors: unhappy customers who may impede growth

What Our Score of 90 Means:

  • NPS ranges from -100 to +100.
