Flood Resource

With respect to flood insurance requests, the form is not an application, but rather a request for an application. You agree and understand that we may contact you via phone or email to follow up regarding your request for insurance in order to verify information for the purpose of giving you the most accurate quote possible.

When you fill out our quote request form you are explicitly initiating a relationship with us.

If you require a flood elevation certificate or you are interested in submitting a Letter Of Map Revision to FEMA  please inform the office to get you in contact with a local engineer.

NATIONAL FLOOD

The National Flood Insurance Program aims to reduce the impact of flooding on private and public structures. It does so by providing affordable insurance to property owners and by encouraging communities to adopt and enforce floodplain management regulations. These efforts help mitigate the effects of flooding on new and improved structures. Overall, the program reduces the socio-economic impact of disasters by promoting the purchase and retention of general risk insurance, but also of flood insurance, specifically.

EXCESS COVERAGE

Excess Flood Insurance can increase your standard single-family coverage by up to an additional $500,000 - covering up to $750,000 total. Have a business? Extend your structure coverage from $500,000 up to $1 million. Use this option if you have a FEMA/NFIP program.

Poulton Associates owns and operates the NCIP facility and has been a leader in Risk and Insurance Management since 1989.
