Our History:
Headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, Weaver Insurance Agency opened its doors in 2009 as a scratch agency by its founder, Jessica Weaver. Over the years, she has honed in on her insurance knowledge, networking, and love of service to the community to grow what is now a well-rounded service-focused "boutique" agency. Weaver Insurance Agency combines leading-edge products with an intelligent technology program and exceptional services to deliver value to our customers. Our offerings include insurance products and risk management services for commercial property and casualty and specialty coverages.
Our Mission:
You have many choices when selecting your insurance representative and risk manager. We know it can be overwhelming, especially with so much information available. We strongly desire to be transparent and prompt and educate our clients about their purchasing decisions. We know what happens on the phone when you are forced to call a 1-800 number during a claim or service need. We will provide an ongoing, hands-on approach as your agent.
Program Implementation:
Weaver Insurance Agency will provide you with a Welcome Packet during the initial application process. This is our onboarding program to ease transferring to our agency. We send quarterly newsletters in preparation for seasonal insurance updates, catastrophe education, office closures, etc. We partner with you by providing ongoing assistance, consultation, and service to help you control your insurance expenses and promote home and workplace safety.
Technology Solutions and Client Portal:
We continuously look for innovative risk management resources and value-added services to ensure customer satisfaction. We use state-of-the-art technology to deliver these products and services to you. We are available just about 24/7 by text features, access to your policies remotely, and client portal experiences.
